What does an Airbnb co-host do?
A co-host runs the listing with you. You add us as co-host on your Airbnb listing, and we take over the pricing, the guest messages, check-ins, cleaning and repairs, while the listing stays yours.
Do I lose my reviews?
No. Your listing stays under your Airbnb account, so its reviews and its history stay with it.
What does co-hosting cost?
We set the terms with you on a short discovery call, once we have seen your unit and your listing, so you know the number before anything begins.
Do you only co-host in Davao City?
Davao City is where our team is on the ground for check-ins, cleaning and repairs. If your unit is elsewhere, tell us on the form and we will say honestly what we can take on.
