I've stayed in a few different apartments in Avida during my trips to Davao. But this is by far my best experience. The check in was super easy, the air con is cold and the Wi-Fi is fast. I always stay in Avida because it's in such a good location. Very walkable. I hope I get to stay at Bleuspace in the future.

I had a great stay here. I had to extend my stay multiple times. The host always kept the place clean. Area is accessible to alot of food places, banks, & convenient stores.

1. had to pay to the guards for parking very expensive. 2. no clear markings on parking area 3. dark alley way like a haunted 4. electric power interruption at night.

It was very clean, well-arranged, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most was how good it smelled—it made the whole experience even more refreshing and comfortable. We truly enjoyed staying there.

I stayed for a week in the place and had an amazing time! Thanks to the host for being responsive to requests. Just had a minor issue with TV access in the first few days but this was resolved timely. The internet connection was good as I was also working remotely in their condo. One thing I love about the place is the location (near Roxas night market/ convenience store, walkable to mall and accessible to transpo). The city view was nice from the place and it was kept clean since I arrived. Thank you and would love to book this again when I come back to Davao!

We had a great stay at this place! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful city view which we really enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating—they even sent a technician right away when we encountered an issue with the TV, which we truly appreciated. I really appreciate the host as someone who already tried different host for all my travel. They’re great. I appreciate that they have complementary drinks and a snacks there, clean and organized. Definitely worth it. Looking forward to book this place again soon.

Perfectly located room you can lock yourself away in and chill. Near the night market, and museums. Most things nearby. Quick to the airport. My favourite thing was all the mountains of cushions!
