Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had a great experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around, and the host was exceptionally warm, responsive, and accommodating. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

During check-in, we had to wait around 30–40 minutes for them to reply. We couldn’t get inside because they hadn’t sent the door access code beforehand. Another frustrating thing was that they advertised a “FREE POOL,” but if you don’t ask about the pool schedule, they won’t even inform you about it. This was especially annoying for us because we had kids who were looking forward to swimming. Even the Wi-Fi password had to be requested separately. Overall, there were important details that should have been provided to guests ahead of time instead of having to ask for everything.

The place is good. I like the Living area and bedroom. The moment you enter, it feels so cozy.. with cool temperature and relaxing music.

I enjoy my stay here, I will recommend it to anybody.

The staff were very accommodating. When the earthquake struck, they immediately checked on us, provided food, and assisted my injured colleague. Their care and prompt response made us feel safe and well looked after during a difficult situation. The room was very nice, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Roxas, shopping malls, churches, and parks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and greatly appreciated the kindness and support of the staff.

Nagstay kami dito ng 7 nights, walang wifi at mahina ang signal. Kailangan mo pa bumaba sa lobby para lang makaconnect sa internet. Ilang beses na kami nagfollow up sa hosts, sabi nila bukas daw darating ang technician. Pero naka ilang bukas na at pacheck out nalang kami wala pa din.

Staying at Bleuspace is no just worth the money but also the location as it is strategically at the heart of the city. Roxas night market is really walkable, we really had a great time staying at the place.

We had a great stay on Bleuspace’s unit. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Roxas Night Market, and close to several convenience stores and restaurants, which made everything accessible. The unit itself was comfortable and suited our needs. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a place that’s centrally located and practical for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at Avida hosted by Bluespace, and it was a good experience overall. The location is very convenient, and the listing accurately reflects the photos. Communication with Bluespace was smooth - they were proactive, accommodating, and generous. I requested a laundry rack and extra hangers, and while these were missing at check-in, Bluespace promptly delivered them after I reminded them. However, I noticed that the floor felt dusty or dirty, so I had to buy slippers for indoor use. I recommend ensuring the floors are thoroughly cleaned before check-ins or providing slippers for guests. Also, the WiFi speed could be improved - it would be ideal to have at least 300-500 Mbps to accommodate multiple gadgets. I tried working remotely but faced connection issues and had to ask my daughter to stop using YouTube on the TV so I could connect. Despite these issues, Bluespace’s great service and responsiveness made my stay enjoyable. I’d book with them again!

We booked this stay at the last minute, and the host was incredibly fast and responsive in accepting us. The location is excellent and very accessible. However, we did have some trouble with the internet; the WiFi details provided in the room were incorrect. We weren't sent the updated details until the day of our checkout, so we weren't able to use it. Despite that, the host was very kind and the overall experience was pleasant.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Avida Towers Davao. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—everything we needed was already provided, which made our stay so convenient and relaxing. We also want to sincerely apologize to our host, as my daughter accidentally spilled wine on the sofa bed. Thank you for your understanding. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Davao!

The place exceeded our expectations! The hosts are quick to respond to our inquiries, we had a problem with the rice cooker the first day and they brought us a brand new one right away. Had a great stay for my brother's birthday in Davao. The location was perfect. Although it took us more than 30mins to check in, worth it naman pagpasok sa unit. Malinis and sobrang spacious. Reachable din sila anytime you have concerns. Thank you ❤

It is what has been described and what you can see in the pictures. The unit was clean, spacious and has the basic amenities you’ll need for a stay. As per location, it is easy to navigate as it is in the heart of the city - walking distance to some tourist spots, and local food stalls.. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this place.

Excellent apartment in Poblacion Davao. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Two air conditioner units work beautifully and make the unit as cold as you want, while still being quiet. All the furniture is good quality and solid. Good amount of natural light especially in the corner facing bedroom. The bed is a memory foam type and was very comfortable, and had more than ample pillows. Laundry machine worked great. Building security is simple and unobtrusive. The pool on the 1st floor is quite nice. The host is also responsive and able to help with issues that arise. One minor note is the bedroom faces the main street and you can hear the jeepneys beeping in the mornings occasionally. I raised this issue and someone came by to properly seal the windows which helped a lot. I think if they totally redid the existing old seal it would be even better and totally silent. Nonetheless, a very comfortable and tasteful apartment and I would happily return.

Great building in a good location if you want to be in central Davao. Host was very responsive when there was an issue with the Internet.

We loved our stay, the place was wonderful, spotless clean, it smells good, stunning sunrise views, and it’s worth every penny, they also provided bath soap and shampoo. The place just feels like home. The host communicated well during the entire stay. The place is very convenient. We would love to book it again! I highly recommend it!

Our stay, even though it was short, was very comfortable, and we truly felt right at home. The place was cozy—exactly the kind of space you look for in the middle of the craziness of the city. Sleeping with the city lights visible from the bedroom window is a must; it’s relaxing and really helps you unwind.\n\nWe also appreciate the help and proactiveness of the host. Our bedroom door got locked, and since there was no spare key (which I suggest they have in the future to avoid the hassle of hiring a locksmith in the middle of the night), they immediately hired a locksmith. Within 30 minutes, the door was unlocked. We’re very thankful for how responsive they were, even though it was outside their working hours.\n\n5/5 — and we will surely come back soon! 💖 Thank you, Bleuspace. It was a great night!

The room was affordable, but there were some issues during our stay. We couldn’t cook because the induction stove and rice cooker weren’t working. Unfortunately, we had to walk a few minutes out for every meal. The room itself was a bit tight for three people and looked bigger in the photos. Overall, our stay was good since it was our first visit to Davao. 🙂

The unit is clean and spacious and has great view of Davao City. The host was very responsive and quick to answer all of my questions. However, the kitchen utensils are only enough for two people, so it may not be ideal if you plan to cook/eat for 3–4 guests. Water bottles were also provided.

Bleuspace was a great place to stay! Conveniently located in the heart of the city, it’s just 10–20 minutes away from the malls and the Roxas Market, making it easy to get around and explore. The hosts were very accommodating and kept great communication throughout. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend!
