the place was generally very homey and comfortable. wh we arrived, the air conditioner was already turned on, which was a nice touch after traveling. the unit also had a refreshing smell, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. the soft pillows and beddings made it really comfortable to rest and relax. the host was also responsive and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that they allowed us to check in early without any additional charge, which made our arrival much more convenient. The only issue we encountered during our stay was that the shower heater was not functioning. overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and truly appreciated the hospitality and consideration of the host.

The unit we booked was 80% close on what they post, communication with them was also smooth. But when we checked in we were told that we had a parking already but it turns out we didn’t yet that’s why we had to wait by the guard house for a bout 10-15mins before they responded as well. Also, we are 4 people but when we arrived there’s only 2 towels, we understand that maybe it’s just a small mistake that’s why we didn’t ask for additional towels we just use our clothes to dry our hair and some of us had small towels as well so all good in our end. They have basic kitchen utensils but there’s no frying pan so if you’re planning to fry during your stay just ask them beforehand ☺️ The aircon was super cool just how it should be! 💯 Overall our stay was good and we had enjoyed our time there. I will rate them 8/10. Thank you

Staying at this place was amazing. When we arrived, the AC was already on, and the surroundings were clean and well-prepared. The space is perfect for big groups or families. I am giving it 5 stars because Bluespace was great at addressing issues and very helpful with issues. We do run into issues and many times that is expected with airbnb stays. But Bluespace were awesome at fixing the issues on time and they are friendly and takes our calls even it is after hours. The shower needs permanent fix as it flooded every time someone takes a shower. Also, the host can improve on making sure you provide enough towels for guest that are staying two weeks. The furniture are flimsy and very uncomfortable, so might need to be upgraded. Another good thing to improve is being thoughtful about assigning a parking space with good proximity to the condo, so we do not struggle in hauling things up. Overall! I would stay with bleuspace properties in the future when I visit my family again in the Philippines.

Aesthetic and clean. Conveniently located near the mall and grocery—just across the street. Loved the pool; even at 9 AM, it wasn’t too hot thanks to its smart positioning. I also appreciate the owners who reached out to make sure I have everything I needed in the condo. 👌

We had a wonderful experience at this condo! Everything exceeded our expectations - the room had that fresh, clean scent that immediately makes you feel comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the hair dryer and clothing iron being readily available. The only issue we encountered was with the shower’s sliding glass door, which appears to be broken. This caused water to splash out into the bathroom space during showers, creating quite a mess. It’s an easy fix that would make the space perfect. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again once that shower door gets the attention it needs!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The place is very nice and cozy, with a sunset view and Mt. Apo. Our 7-day stay was perfect and the host is very responsive. I would say the place is worth it. Aircon is cold, clean environment, near the city. Everything you asked for!

The unit was very clean, and the location is only within downtown Davao so it was not difficult to travel to and from it. It's good that a parking space is available, but it's a bit tricky to get to your parking spot. Thankfully, the security guard willingly assisted us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

For the record the place is nice and the only thing that's worthit is the space. The pool was NOT free despite asking the host prior about it. It also took us until check out day to sort out the parking and how to pay the fee - terrible coordination and I had to contact Airbnb support for this before they realized the error they were doing. I also had to google how to open the Yale Lock because in the link provided and through chat it was not mentioned. It was only when I asked them and tried to rummaged thriugh their listi g that I found that information. Essentially too many comms provided and some of it are not updated which caused the confusion.\n\nI would also like to highlight our DISSATISFACTION to the host of this listing for ruining our Christmas plans for my parents because of the above inconvenienced. I hope this doesn't happen to future tenants, especially the receiving false information/advertising the host is showing through this app. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR INFO. UP TO DATE.

Loved the place and the location. Close to the mall (Sm Ecoland) and Davao Coastal Road for good street food. Minor details that i would like to mention: Some facilities (the gym specifically) was listed on the page but wasn't usable unfortunately by non residents. \n\nBesides that i would definitely recommend the property and the hosts!!

The place was clean and had complete amenities you'll ever need. The unit looked just like the photos (but actually felt bigger in person.) The host and their team were sooo kind, attentive, and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay again!
