Very nice condo and very accommodating and helpful

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was spacious and perfect for our family. It had all the necessary amenities and essentials we needed, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. We only encountered a couple of minor issues. We noticed a few cobwebs on the walls, but it wasn't something that really bothered us. The air conditioner in one of the rooms also wasn't working properly throughout our stay. Although the issue wasn't resolved, we truly appreciated that the host was very responsive to our concern and promptly came over to check on it and do their best to address the problem. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and spacious stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The following are what I loved about the unit we stayed in: - very central to all the points of interest (business and pleasure) around Davao City - the unit is clean, and all the air-conditioning units are working well (very important for me) - I felt safe because safety measures are in place, including the presence of security guards 24/7 - the kitchen has all the basic amenities I need for cooking and preparing meals - what stood out to me was the responsiveness, friendliness, and easy access to the team that managed the unit (Bleuspace). While there were a few issues during my two-week stay, the team responded promptly and resolved them effectively.

Great place to stay.

The stay was good, providing our family with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. The location is unbeatable cos it’s close to the mall and restaurants. Whether dining out or ordering Grab, this place is surely easy to locate. The apartment itself was perfect for us. The spacious living area and kitchen (lovely kitchen island) made our day-to-day life easy, and the beds & pillows were comfortable, making us have a restful sleep. I also want to mention the proximity to the hospital proved to be a genuine lifesaver for my family. My baby was unexpectedly hospitalized during our trip, and being just a few minutes away from the medical center allowed my family to visit frequently and easily. Throughout our stay, the host was attentive and supportive. Thank you for your kindness. I will definitely book this place again.

The WiFi connection was also fast and reliable making it perfect for both work and leisure. The self check-in process was very easy and hassle-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed provided. Location was also convenient given the everyday travel to SMX for our convention.
